SHIPPING & RETURNS

Here are the shipping options available:

  • United Kingdom - Royal Mail First Class Signed For (usually 1-2 working days)

  • Europe - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (usually 3-5 working days)

  • Australia - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (usually 5-7 working days)

  • USA - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (usually 5-7 working days)

uk orders

ALL UK ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA 1ST CLASS SIGNED DELIVERY WITH ROYAL MAIL. THERE ARE NO CUSTOM FEES OR TAXES.

rest of the world orders

Delivery times may be longer for overseas destinations due to customs delays. As the customer, you are responsible for covering any import taxes, VAT or duty.

Whilst we do everything we can to reduce the impact of customs charges, it is often outside of our control. Please be aware that as a customer, you responsible for covering any import taxes, VAT or duty charged by your country. If you do not accept any custom payments, the order will be returned to sender and any shipping costs paid will be non-refundable.

If an item is returned for any reason from overseas, the cost of any import taxes will be deducted from the final refund.

covid 19 & brexit

Both Covid-19 & Brexit have had a huge impact on businesses and deliveries. Therefore please allow a little extra time on your delivery expectations to allow for Covid-19 & Brexit related delays.

pre-sale

All pre-sale orders will be shipped out 6-12 weeks from the point of pre-sale release, unless otherwise specified. These items are made to order, so please be patient in the meantime.

Once the product has been dispatched, you will receive an update via email to let you know to expect a parcel soon! Please wait until you have received a dispatched confirmation before contacting Suzi Bird Education regarding your delivery.

returns & refunds

All digital products are strictly non-refundable.

For physical products, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged. Please refer to the terms of sale for more details.

Bespoke physical products, including camera straps, are also non-refundable and non-returnable as they are made to order.

payments

We are unable to dispatch any products until the full payment (including shipping) has been made. The payment will be fully debited at the time of order.
